Yet again a massive loss of data with weak excuses and no apology worth mentioning.

Why did they have all these details on a CD anyway.

When are they going to wake up and halt the massive abuse of personal details given in good faith and entrusted to those who should know better?

My name, address, date of birth, NHS number and GP haven't changed since 2002, probably like most people's hasn't. What part of "hasn't changed" doesn't mean "current"?
